Due to the nature of our products and the strict chain-of-custody requirements necessary to maintain product integrity, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through PeptideValidation.com are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations after an order has been placed.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong product or quantity

• Ordering by mistake

• Research results or expectations

• Improper storage or handling after delivery

• Products that have been opened or remain sealed

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier

• Refused deliveries

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Because our products are sold for laboratory research purposes only, we cannot verify storage conditions or chain of custody once a product leaves our facility. As a result, returned products cannot be accepted or restocked. This is a common practice among suppliers of research-use-only materials.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the shipping box, packaging, shipping label, and affected product

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

If we determine that an error occurred on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement for the affected item. No cash refunds will be issued.

Lost Packages

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered delivered.

If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can initiate a carrier investigation. Any replacement or other resolution is provided solely at our discretion based on the carrier's findings.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly to maintain efficient fulfillment.

For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been submitted.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges and the submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
